Hi Mike,
Are you talking overall dimensions or the size of the hole punch?
That size you are referring to seems a bit odd for either way..Can you tell me where this screen goes? There is one below the chaffers and there is also one in the tailings return.

It must be the size of the punch hole, I am going to try to get some birdsfoot trefoil seed, and this was the size it suggested I use. I got my info from the internet, so really I dont have a clue. Any suggestions will be appreciated I have a 66

That size doesnt make sense. For Terfoil you are going to use a screen with a very small hole. Perhaps that measurement is the size of the hole and number of holes per square in??
My AllCrop manuals dont list a size for trefoil, perhaps contacting these guys can help:

Thanks a bunch for that web site, I am not quite sure how to set up the three screens in the all crop I have an owners manual, I must be dim witted because it seems very vague to me. Lets say I want to do red clover seed, what do I use for the top middle and bottom, and how do I adjust the air? My cousin has grandpas old all crop that he bought new. Last year he and I did red clover seed. He has never toucht that combine since grandpa used it for seed clover. I tried to set mine the same way, he got pure seed ready to plant, I got seed, but I got a ton of trash also. I just do not understand whats going on here, it has to be operator error because I know what these combines are capable of.

The first two screens are permament but adjustable. You do not take them out. In the manual it will state how far as a percentage to open them. They are called the adjustable chaffer and adjustable sieve in the settings chart. Your last and bottom screen is the one that is removable. It should take a screen with very small holes that let only the clover seed thru. You will still get some trash but not a ton of it.

will the air adjustment vary on different combines of the same model?
September 14, 2007 at 4:02 am
The air adjustment settings listed are to be taken as a “suggestion” point”. Grain weight, field conditions, etc may dictate futher adjustment. Experience is the best teacher with these types of things. One comment
I remeber a fellow saying is if the grain in the tank has no debris, you are
loseing too much grain.

Hi all, its been a busy fall so I have not had the time to visit this site,Chris I would love to have a copy of the complete manual as you never know what I will try to plant. Pllease think it over and tell me what a copy would cost. Is their some kind of canvas repair for the drapers? or would I be ahead to bite the bullett and get new ones?

If Chris doesnt work out I do have manuals on our website. Take your drapers to a upholsterer or someone who does awnings for repairs.

Sorry its been a while but this is a busy time for me, today we are getting a much needed rain. It looks like our drought has taken care of my trefoil seeding for this year, so I won’t even get the all crop out this year, so this winter I want to go through it and get it in perfect shape as I plan to run the heck out of it next year, starting with seed wheat, trefoil and clover seed. Mr. Yaz, I have an owners manual and parts manual that I bought from my A/C dealer do you offer any other, or for that matter more explanitory than these? If so I would gladly purchase them. Until later thanks …. Mike
